Scholarships for Skills Qualification based on Offer Letter Scheme - 1662 Awards

Eligibility Criteria  

An applicant must: 

1. be a Fiji citizen.
2. be ordinarily resident in Fiji for at least three (3) years before the award commencement date unless determined by the Service or delegated authority on case-by-case basis.
3. secure a final offer letter from an eligible institution for either Certificate Level III, IV and Diploma level 5 & 6 programmes.
4. not be an existing TSLS sponsored/funded student or sponsored through any other agency.
5. not be on an existing bond service.
6. not have a combined parental income of more than $150,000 or business net profit of more than $20,000 unless allowed by means testing.
